SHIPPING

  1. Orders placed with Hudson will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
  2. Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
  3. A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
  4. Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once you order has been dispatched.
  5. NZ delivery – Free 1-3 working day delivery (includes tracking and insurance)
  6. Australia delivery – $20 2-4 working days (includes tracking and insurance)
  7. Rest of the world – $60 3-7 days (includes tracking and insurance)
  8. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Hudson takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

  1. We try our best to keep stock levels as up to date.  Should the size that you ordered be out of stock we will do our best to find you a replacement, should a replacement not be found we will refund you immediately.  All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket are not on hold and may be purchased by other customers.
  2. We take great care to ensure that all details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct at the time of website entry. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published or altered, including prices and promotions. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

GARMENT REPRESENTATION

  1. We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments however please be aware that images may appear differently on different screens. Please feel free to call us should you require a colour swatch or have further questions about the details of a particular garment. 

CURRENCY

  1. All prices are shown in NZ dollars.

PAYMENT

  1. Payment can be made by Paypal or via direct credit into our bank.  
  2. shophudson.co.nz takes every precaution to make the site as safe as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.

CANCELLATION

  1. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order.

LAYBYS

  1. Instore or Online Layby
    We do offer a layby option of payment for online orders and in store however standard layby terms and conditions apply. 
    Laybys run for 4 weeks only. A non-refundable 30% deposit (30% of the total retail price of the item) minimum must be paid to secure/begin the layby.
    If the layby is cancelled, we will keep the entire 30% deposit.  This cancellation fee will also apply to any returns on layby items. This price remains for laybys regardless if the item goes on sale during this time.
    Laybys are payable by bank deposit only and are limited to NZ customers only.
    When you place your order, choose the bank deposit option, pay your minimum 30% deposit and then email us at info@shophudson.co.nz and let us know you would like to lay-by your order and we can give you any necessary information to get the ball rolling. Easy as that! 

 

FINAL SALE

Please note all items on sale are final and not available for return or exchanges.  No exceptions.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. For online orders, email us on info@shophudson.co.nz letting us know which item you are after.  
  2. Items purchased on sale or in outlet are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. 
  3. All jewellery and beauty products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  4. Please note that after 7 days or receipt of goods all sales are final.

RETURNS

  1. Please refer to our returns page for our full return policy. Please note that should you wish to return a garment purchased through our online store you must email us at info@shophudson.co.nz to obtain a RAN (return authorization number) before the garment is sent back. 
  2. All discounted/sale and outlet items are final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any reason.   All jewellery and beauty products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Exchanges can only be made via the online store and not at any Hudson boutique or retailer.
  4. Please note that after 7 days or receipt of goods all sales are final.

FAULTS

  1. Should you find a fault on a full price garment within 2 weeks of purchase email us on info@shophudson.co.nz, all items will be checked to make sure they have been unused, unwashed and unaltered. It is at the discretion of Hudson to determine fault.  Upon accepting the fault of the product, we firstly have the option to repair the faulty item or replace it for the same product in the same size. If we cannot repair or fulfill with a replacement you will receive a credit or refund of the item.  Unfortunately any levies charged at the destination country are non refundable.
  2. Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Hudson takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

      1. All personal information collected through this site is collected for the use of shophudson.co.nz only. Any information collected will only be used to process and complete your order. We will not distribute your information to any third parties that are not directly involved with the processing of your order. (please note that addresses will be given to courier companies so that delivery can be made of your purchase). If you register with shophudson.co.nz you may receive email updates from us keeping you informed of what is going on in our world.
